Roccella Pizza Masterclass - Win a $2,500 Italy Travel Voucher

1. Promoter
   This promotion is conducted by Roccella Italian Eatery Pty Ltd of Victoria, Australia, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the Promoter.

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion applies to any eligible person who attends a participating Roccella Pizza Masterclass between 1 June 2025 and 30 June 2026 inclusive.

3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
   To receive one entry into the draw, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

   • purchase a ticket to a participating Roccella Pizza Masterclass; and

   • attend and complete that masterclass.

   Each eligible masterclass ticket attended counts as one entry.
   If a ticket is purchased but the participant does not attend the masterclass, no entry will be awarded.

5. Prize
   There is one prize to be won.
   The prize is a travel voucher valued at AUD $2,500.

   The voucher is intended to be used towards travel-related expenses, such as flights, accommodation, or other travel bookings, through a travel provider nominated by the Promoter.

   The prize:

   • is not transferable or exchangeable

   • is not redeemable for cash

   • must be used in accordance with the terms of the travel provider issuing the voucher

   Any costs associated with travel or use of the prize that exceed the voucher value, including but not limited to passport, visa, insurance, taxes, meals, transfers, spending money, or additional accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Draw Details
   The draw will take place during July each year at the Promoter’s premises or another location determined by the Promoter.

   All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random electronic draw.
   One winner will be selected at random.

7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.

   The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website, social media pages, and other promotional channels for the purpose of announcing the result of the promotion.

8. Unclaimed Prize
   If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 30 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

   Any redraw will take place no earlier than 31 days after the original draw.
   The redraw winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 7 days of the redraw.

9. Entries
   Entries are deemed received at the time the eligible masterclass attendance is recorded by the Promoter.
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.

10. Verification and Disqualification
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
    The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

• tampers with the entry process

• engages in unlawful or improper conduct in relation to the promotion

11. Cancellation, Changes and Availability
    If for any reason this promotion cannot be run as planned, including due to technical issues, event cancellation, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

If a Pizza Masterclass is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter may determine whether an entry remains valid, depending on whether the participant attends the rescheduled class.

12. Privacy
    By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and publishing winner details as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy practices.

13. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience suffered or incurred as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting or using the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Travel Prize Conditions
    The winner is responsible for ensuring they are available to travel and have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.

The Promoter makes no representation as to the suitability, availability, or timing of any travel arrangements.
Travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider and any applicable airline, accommodation provider, or service provider.

15. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
